    Title: 石化廠區周界有害空氣污染物來源鑑別-發展適切網格模式

    Abstract: 石化廠區鄰近空氣品質受石化廠污染排放影響甚鉅,針對石化廠污染排放之研究多探討管道排放與污染控制技術,但對於周界大氣污染負荷與空間分布關聯亦僅著墨於特殊氣體與揮發性有機物,但對於微量有害空氣污染物之時空解析並無確切之關連分析,因此本子題計畫於總計畫中針對污染網格模式強化污染源與承受體空氣品質之關連。研究結果顯示在假設最穩定之大氣穩定度條件下,嘉義市總PAHs之濃度分佈範圍為40~220 ng/m3,平均值為61.5 ng/m3。總BaPeq則介於0.15~0.45 ng/m3。研究結果顯示,模擬1999~2003年期間,都會區大氣PAHs逐年之濃度分佈,模擬結果並無明顯差異,顯示石化廠區線源排放之PAHs,較不易受都市氣象條件而影響其擴散之模式。
