    Title: 尖吻鱸(Lates calcarifer)淋巴細胞亞群免疫分析系統之建立

    Abstract: 由於魚類各種淋巴細胞表面蛋白標記(marker)與單株抗體之缺乏，B 細胞、T細胞、巨噬細胞/單核球等白血球各細胞亞群(subpopulation)一直無法有效分離，而限制了魚類免疫學的發展。B細胞因細胞表面具有IgM (B cell receptor)，因此較易以自血液中純化之IgM為抗原製備anti-sIgM 之單株抗體。為配合台灣養殖業現況，本實驗計劃以台灣常見的養殖魚種之一尖吻鱸(Lates calcarifer)為實驗材料，製備anti-sea bass sIgM之單株抗體。此抗體日後可用來建立ELISA分析系統以偵測特異性抗體的產生，並可供B細胞之辨識與分離，為日後魚類疫苗發展之基礎工作。
