    摘要: 首先,在實務上,本研究結果除可與旅館管理實務進行對話外,相關措施包括領導行為訓練、提升員工工作繁華具體訓練方案、及資訊科技正念教育訓練等。其次,在政府大力推動新南向政策之同時,為了持續提升人力素質,累積國家人力資本,俾利提升競爭力,此跨國實證比較結果將可提供政府主管機關在倡導台灣觀光旅遊行銷與人力資源提升等政策擬定上之參酌依據。
