    Abstract: 異黃酮結構類似雌激素,可與雌激素受體結合,因此被認定為植物雌激素 (phytoestrogens),具有預防或治療癌症的功能。本研究配合生物資訊學的演算及資料庫的比對,精準探討異黃酮作用在急性骨髓性白血病(AML)或慢性骨髓性白血病(CML)細胞,所涉之分子層次的質與量的變化。研究結果除了能徹底了解異黃酮作用之標的基因和路徑外,亦提供抗骨髓性白血病藥物或膳食補充劑開發非常重要的分子組合(molecular portfolio)及精準醫藥發展的基礎。
