    摘要: 本計畫將配合廠商需求,以濕式相轉化法製備高通量PVDF中空纖維膜,並封裝成模組應用於民生家庭之水龍頭中,目的為過濾自來水中鐵屑、泥沙、細菌(0.3~10 μm)、塑膠微粒等物質。
    高通量中空纖維膜只需要低壓力即可進行過濾,且中空纖維膜組可容易拆裝清洗,達到用水安全、節能且環保的目的。
    Water pipes often have rust, heavy metals, biofilms and microplastics. Purification of household water is more important now. Pojiali Health Technology Co. planned to installed the hollow fiber membrane module in the faucet. Filter suspended particles, bacteria and microplastics from tap water. The high flux hollow fiber membrane’s average pore size is 0.2 μm and outer diameter about 0.5~0.8 mm. Add surfactant and PEG in Casting solution for increase porosity and pore size. Increase the membrane area per unit tube area to increase the flux and decrease resistance. It will uses non-toxic ABS as the housing, and epoxy resin or PU glue as a adhesive. The food utensils container packaging hygiene standard is tested according to the Food Hygiene Management Law. At last , the flux and filtration effect will be tested. The permeate will be taken for water quality testing of E. coli population, total number of colonies and turbidity.
