    Abstract: 本計畫主要是開發出一項「彩粧」與「保養」兼具的「多功能彩粧化粧品」,其品項為「粉底液」產品,以改善長期使用傳統彩粧產品對肌膚所造成的問題,讓使用者可以在「美化容貌」的同時,還可以達到「護膚保養」的目的,維護彩粧消費者的肌膚健康,並拓展彩粧產品的功能及提升產品的品質。
    In the cosmetics market, the number of consumers of color cosmetics is increasing, and the sales volume of color cosmetics is increasing year by year. However, long-term use of color cosmetics can easily cause skin dryness, inflammation, and aging. Therefore, this project is expected to improve the shortcomings of traditional color cosmetics and develop "Multi-functional makeup cosmetics" with both "makeup" and "care" are released, allowing users to "beautify their appearance" while also achieving the purpose of "skin care". With consumers’ increasing awareness of natural safety and environmental protection, cosmetics products are gradually developing towards the use of "natural plant extracts" as raw materials for skin care. However, natural extracts have low stability and are likely to lose their originality due to oxidation. In addition, natural plant extracts not only have a brown color, but are also prone to darker brown due to oxidation. When natural plant extracts are added to color cosmetics, the original color of color cosmetics is easy to be affected. The black-brown color of the extract has caused the problem of "discoloration", which will seriously affect the quality of color cosmetics that focus on "color" and "hue" In order to improve the above-mentioned problems, this project is expected to use Plectranthus amboinicus traditionally used in Taiwan as the raw material, prepare Plectranthus amboinicus extract as a skin care ingredient, and synthesize "temperature-sensitive hollow latex particles." The "temperature-sensitive hollow latex particles" are used as the carrier, and the " Plectranthus amboinicus extract " is wrapped in the temperature-sensitive hollow latex particles to form a "temperature-sensitive Plectranthus amboinicus extract carrier", When the "temperature-sensitive Plectranthus amboinicus extract carrier"contacting the skin, the temperature of the skin can cause the molecular chain that constitutes the "temperature-sensitive hollow latex particle carrier" to shrink, and the Plectranthus amboinicus extract covered in it is squeezed and released. Then the "temperature-sensitive Plectranthus amboinicus extract carrier" was applied to makeup products, and a "liquid foundation" product containing the "temperature-sensitive Plectranthus amboinicus extract carrier" was developed. When the liquid foundation product is still stored in the packaging bottle and has not been used, the hollow latex particles are in a relaxed state. At this time, the extracts coated inside will not be released, so the problem of oxidation can be avoided, and the color of makeup products can also be prevented from being affected, and when the liquid foundation product is used and applied on the skin, the extract contained in the skin can be released by the temperature of the skin to achieve the effect of skin care. With this technology, the liquid foundation product has a stable color and achieves an excellent skin care effect.
