Abstract:	本研究採用智能器具輔助提醒與監測長者用藥，藉由智能輔具的協助增加用藥的正確性及配合度；並提供當次用藥相關的知識。本研究所指之智能輔具，係利用具邊緣運算功能之微控制器，結合攝影鏡頭，監控壁掛式藥盒(袋)；確認在應用藥時段中，該長者是否有進行用藥。若在用藥時段後尚未用藥，則透過手機軟體，向關係人員送出該長者用藥提醒，進而促請該長者進行用藥。而該手機軟體，除具備用藥提醒外，亦結合健保藥物查詢功能，可透過二維條碼或是健保用藥碼，帶入相關用藥及藥品知識；此舉可讓該長者及關係人員了解正確的用藥相關知識。讓藥品發揮正確且應有之功用，增進長者用藥知能及維持健康品質。
