    Abstract: 截至 108 年底,國內西藥製劑廠全面符合PIC/S GMP規範共計143家,輸入藥品國外藥廠有941家(分布於50個國家)。在眾多藥廠同時製造的現況下,同一成分、劑量、劑型之藥品可能有多種樣化的外觀,更甚至在相似的外觀之藥品可能為成分相違者藥品辨識的難度加深,醫藥相關人員、病人或其家屬與照護者於此情境下若想得到藥品外觀資訊或從藥品外觀找尋對應的成分及劑量、製造廠等資訊則需藉由經驗或線上搜尋系統。當醫事人員或照護者在協助整理用藥以進行藥事照護時常耗時進行裸錠或中文藥名的搜尋,因此藥品外觀資料庫的方便性是非常重要的。
    本研究擬整理食品藥物管理署之「藥物辨識查詢系統」之藥品外觀資訊,增進搜尋之效率,參考國內外藥品辨識系統設計,並導入圖像辨識,同時規劃智能影像辨識以讓使用者可藉由上傳圖片或手機拍攝等方式減少使用者輸入錯誤的情形並增進操作可近性。
    As of the end of 2009, 143 pharmaceutical manufacturers in China fully complied with PIC/S GMP regulations and 941 foreign pharmaceutical manufacturers(distributed in 50 countries) that imported pharmaceutical products. With so numerous pharmaceutical manufacturers producing generic medicines at the same time, there may be a variety of different appearances of the same ingredient, dosage, and dosage form, and it is even more difficult to identify medicines with similar appearances if the ingredients are at variance with each other. The accessibility of the drug appearance database is important when medical professionals or caregivers are looking for information on the appearance of the drug, or information on the corresponding ingredients and dosage, the manufacturer, and so on, through experience or online search systems. The accessibility of the drug appearance database is important when medical staff or caregivers are aiding in organizing medication for pharmacological care, often by searching for bare tablets or brand names in Taiwan.
    This study aims to collate information on the appearance of medicines in the Drug Identification and Search System of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to improve the efficiency of searching.
