    Abstract: 由本計劃預期可以能知陽離子性樹枝體/miRNA傳送系統長效注射劑型最佳配方,來達成miRNA緩釋、降低系?性副作用、及增進病人順從性之效果並為未來進一步臨床應用需求上提供重要貢獻。又根據衛生署資料顯示,癌症是近年來台灣區十大死亡原因的首位,以調控細胞自我吞噬之運作功能為基礎所發展之miRNA-base 抗癌症治療策略是一個期望能夠達到使用毒性低又能有效提昇治療效果的方式,在治療癌症的應用潛力無窮,另外本計畫創新特色在於可彈性符合臨床需求,避免化學修飾既存陽離子性高分子載體分子結構,並可全方位調控miRNA傳送影響細胞之分子機轉,以提昇miRNA目標基因之精準度與降低不良之副作用。
