    Abstract: 本研究計畫試圖以一個兩年期計畫,以日誌研究法分別蒐集台灣與馬來西亞之員工連續十個工作日資料,擬驗證本研究所建構之跨層次理論模式之合理性。本研究之研究結果不僅將有助正向組織行為研究主軸在旅館管理學術研究領域中之發展與拓展,研究成果亦將可作為旅館職場中之員工情緒與心理健康等管理訓練實務參酌。就社會發展之影響而言,在政府大力推動新南向政策之同時,基於持續提升人力素質,累積國家人力資本並提升競爭力,此跨國實證比較結果將可提供政府主管機關在倡導台灣觀光旅遊行銷與人力資源提升等政策擬定上之參酌依據。
