    Abstract: 社會面:晚期或轉移性胃癌預後較差, STK24在早期胃癌表現異常,可提供當作胃癌早期篩檢指標之一。經濟面:癌症治療在第一線使用藥物治療之前,先透過STK24相關基因篩檢,合併標靶藥物治療,病患整體存活期可大幅延長,減少醫療費用。學術發展:腫瘤免疫治療也是治療策略之一,免疫治療在轉移性胃癌之新進展, STK24具有免疫調節功能,其重要性不容忽視。
