Abstract:	受嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情衝擊影響，民眾長時間戴口罩，加上環境高溫、紫外線、空汙，以及工作壓力等，加速皮膚老化、色斑生成，敏感肌暴增。本計畫協助業者應用台灣本土天然物資源，開發專屬功能性原料，並以奈米液胞作為載體保護其活性，增強經皮穿透能?，研發具安全及高品質之機能性保養品，創造具競爭力跨國際品牌，亦期望對於疫情所造成的肌膚敏感問題能有所貢獻。
