Abstract:	本計畫主要是將具有護膚保養功效的「天然萃取物」包覆在「溫感型空心乳膠載體」中，開發出一項化粧品關鍵原料「溫感型天然萃取物載體」，並將其添加到彩粧產品中，開發出兼具彩粧及護膚保養功效的「多功能彩粧產品」，與目前市場上單獨只具彩粧功能的傳統彩粧產品做出明顯的市場區隔。藉由本計畫所開發出的化粧品關鍵原料「溫感型天然萃取物載體」，可衍生出同時具有護膚功效的多種品項之彩粧產品，不僅可提升台灣彩粧產品的品質，也可提升化粧品產業的技術門檻，加速台灣化粧品產業由低毛利的代工營運方式轉型成創立台灣自有品牌。
