桃竹苗地區社區領導人環境素養調查研究
An Investigation into the Environmental Literacy of Community Leaders in Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli District
本研究主要目的在探討桃園市、新竹縣市、苗栗縣(以下稱桃竹苗)社區領導人參與行政院環境保護署(以下稱環保署)「社區環境調查改造暨環保小學堂計畫」 之環境素養構面(環境知識、環境態度與環境行為)現況與相關行為,進一步分析不同社會人口變項在環境素養構面及環境教育人員專業領域範疇有顯著差異性與關聯性。本研究採用問券作為研究的主要工具,總計發放社區問卷為124份問券,有效回收問卷82份,有效回收率66%,以IBM SPSS Statistics 25軟體進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析及多元線性迴歸分析,可得結果如下:一、環境知識: 平均答對率為63.3 %,其中以「社區參與」答對率最高,「氣候變遷」答對率最低;與「居住地」、「年齡」、「學歷」、「環境知識、態度及技能來源」有顯著差異性。二、環境態度: 平均得分是66.13分,其中以「學校及社會環境教育」表現最佳,「氣候變遷」則表現最差,其中以「環保知識、態度及技能來源」、「執行環保署計畫的總次數」、「接觸或參加環境教育的研習或刊物」有顯著差異性。三、環境行為: 平均得分為69.40分,其中以「氣候變遷」表現最佳,自然保育」表現最差,與「擔任角色」、「年齡」、「職業」、「執行環保署計畫的總次數」、「接觸或參加環境教育的研習或刊物」有顯著差異性。四、環境知識與環境態度、環境知識與環境行為皆為無顯著相關;但在環境態度與環境行為具有「低度」正相關。
The principal aim of this research was to explore the environmental literacy of community leaders in Taoyuan City, Hsinchu County and Miaoli County. Communities mentioned above had been participated in the Community Improvement Project and Environmental Learning Center Project sponsored by the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan. In addition, the significant differences between environmental literacy and the social background variables were scrutinized. In this study, questionnaires were used as the main tool of the research. A total of 124 questionnaires were were passed to community leaders and 82 were collected valid. The data collected were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Descriptive Statistics.
