    Title: 燕子掌複方食品對高脂飲食誘導小鼠 血糖和血脂異常之影響
    Effects of Dwarf Jade compound food on dysglycemia and dyslipidemia in mice induced with high-fat diet
    燕子掌複方食品 (DJCF),其成分含有燕子掌萃取物、苦瓜胜?、?啶甲酸鉻、肉桂萃取物、桑葉末萃取物等成分,其中以燕子掌萃取物為本食品主要訴求成分。本複方食品雖以多種調節血脂血糖成分混和,但尚未在台灣進行功能性測試,本研究係探討DJCF對高脂飲食誘導小鼠血糖血脂異常的影響。C57BL/6雄性小鼠分別以高脂飼料(D12492)及對照飼料(D12450J)餵養8週,並從第9週開始進行實驗。實驗小鼠共分7組,分別為僅餵養對照飼料 (RD組)、餵養對照飼料並管餵1g DJCF/ kg bw (RD+HC組)、僅餵養高脂飼料 (HFD組)、餵養高脂飼料並分別管餵0.25、0.5、1gDJCF/kg bw (HFD+LC、HFD+MC、HFD+HC 組)、餵養高脂飲食並管餵 Quercetin(HFD+Q組),試驗進行4週。抽取血液和組織分?進行代謝參數和病理切片研究。結果顯示,DJCF可以顯著降低高脂飲食誘導的小鼠附睪脂肪、三酸甘油酯、總膽固醇、餐後血糖曲線下面積(AUC)並改善胰島素阻抗(HOMR-IR)。綜合比較,結果表明DJCF改善了HFD誘導的小鼠葡萄糖和脂質的代謝。建議攝入低劑量DJCF(0.25g/kg bw)對HFD誘導的小鼠血脂血糖異常能有益作用,相當於人類每日攝入20 mg/kg bw。
    Dwarf Jade compound food (DJCF), the ingredients of which consist of Crassula argentea extract, balsam pear peptide, chromium picolinate, cinnamon extract, mulberry leaf extract and other ingredients, of which swallow palm extract is the main food demand ingredients. Although this food is mixed with a variety of components that regulate blood lipid and blood glucose, functional assay has not yet been performed. This study explored the effect of DJCF on dyslipidemia and dysglycemia in mice induced by a high-fat diet. C57BL/6 male mice were fed high-fat diet (D12492) or control diet (D12450J) for 8 weeks, and the experiment was started from the week 9th. The experimental mice were divided into 7 groups, which were fed control diet only (RDgroup), fed control diet with 1 g DJCF / kg bw (RD+HC group), fed high-fat diet only(HFD group), fed high-fat diet with 0.25, 0.5, 1 g DJCF / kg bw (HFD+LC, HFD+MC, HFD+HC group, respectively), fed high-fat diet with quercetin (HFD+Q group) for 4 weeks. Blood and tissues were taken to study metabolic parameters and pathological studies, respectively. The results showed that DJCF could significantly reduce the accumulation of periepididymal fat, blood triglyceride, total cholesterol, area under the curve of postprandial blood glucose (AUC) and improve insulin resistance (HOMR-IR) in mice induced by a high-fat diet. Taken together, results suggest that DJCF improves glucose and lipid metabolism of mice induced with HFD. It is recommended that ingestion of low-dose DJCF (0.25 g /kg bw) initiates beneficial effects on dyslipidemia and dysglycemia of mice induced with HFD, which is corresponding to 20 mg/kg bw for human daily intake.
