    標題: 社區民眾參與健康促進活動之行為意圖對生活品質、健康認知影響之研究-以台南某區域醫院社區活動為例
    A Study on the Influence of the Behavioral Intention of Community People Participating in Health Promotion Activities on the Quality of Life and Health Perception-Taking the Community Activities of a Regional Hospital in Tainan as an Example
    背景:我國107年3月底65歲以上人口已14%,正式邁入「高齡社會」,台灣人口老化快速,各地政府持續推展健康促進活動計畫,與醫院、衛生所、學校等多項機構合作,目的在於提升老年人生活品質、健康認知,讓其老人可以成功老化、活耀老化。目的:1.探討民眾參與健康促進活動行為意圖現況;2.瞭解參加健康促進活動民眾對生活品質、健康認知之影響性;3.生活品質與健康認知之相關性。方法:本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象選取參與健康促進活動之民眾,問卷回收後使用SPSS22.0版統計軟體,統計分法包括獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析、迴歸分析來進行假說檢定。結果:影響民眾參與健康促進活動行為意圖,在「知覺行為控制」構面的影響最大;實際參與健康促進活動後對社區民眾的生活品質(標準化β=0.581,t值=7.860***)、健康認知(標準化β=0.803,t值=14.825***)均有顯著影響。結論:一、「知覺行為控制」是影響社區民眾參與健康促進活動的主要因素,社區民眾參與健康促進活動行為意圖會受到各種條件的影響,如:時間、體能狀態、經濟、資源等,這些都是社區民眾考量的範圍,然而民眾對於參與健康促進活動首先考量「活動相關資訊充足」,其次為「交通便利性」與「自身狀況」;二、本研究結果發現生活品質與健康認知的各構面皆具有正相關影響,可見社區民眾的生活品質越好,健康認知程度愈高。
    Background:At the end of March 2018 Taiwan’s population over 65 years of age had reached 14%, and it officially entered the “old age society”. Taiwan’s population is aging rapidly. Local governments continue to promote health promotion activities and cooperate with hospitals, health centers, schools and other institutions for the purpose It is to improve the quality of life and health awareness of the elderly, so that the elderly can Successful Aging and active aging.Objective:1. Explore the status of people's intention to participate in health promotion activities, 2. Understand the impact of people participating in health promotion activities on quality of life, health cognition, and 3. The correlation between quality of life and health cognition.Methods:This study adopts the questionnaire survey method. The research objects are selected from people participating in health promotion activities. After the questionnaire is collected, SPSS 22.0 version of statistical software is used. The statistical sub-methods include independent sample T test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. To perform hypothesis testing.Result:The behavioral intentions that affect people’s participation in health promotion activities are most affected by the “perceived behavioral control” aspect;after actually participating in health promotion activities, the quality of life of community members (β=0.581, t=7.860***) and health awareness (β =0.803, t=14.825***) have significant effects.Conclusions:1. ";Perceived behavioral control";is the main factor that affects the community's participation in health promotion activities. The community's people intent to participate in health promotion activities will be affected by various conditions, such as: time, physical status, economy, resources, etc. These are the community The scope of the public's consideration, however, the public first considers ";adequate activity-related information";for participating in health promotion activities, followed by ";transportation convenience";and ";self-condition";Second, the results of this study found that all aspects of life quality and health cognition With a significant positive correlation, it can be seen that the better the quality of life of the community, the higher the level of health awareness.
