    標題: 機能型面膜之研究與開發
    Research and Development of Functional Mask
    水凝膠面膜系列在保養品的面膜市場中占領一席的地位,也因為受到眾多消費者的喜愛,將會探討出水凝膠材質的優缺點以及敷感的探討。水凝膠本身為高分子材料,吸水性強且延展性也高,是目前在醫療界中夯起的新材質。我們添加溫感型高分子聚合物製作成水凝膠面膜,發現之前的研究有收縮的問題。為了解決前問題本研究將探討出七種不同比例水凝膠材質的面膜基材、收縮比例、以及將新型水凝膠基材披覆在廠商面膜的外層,廠商面膜披覆後的安定性、釋放率、吸附性以及觀察披覆實驗方法是否影響。水凝膠材質的敷料在各個不同領域的市場上已有廣大的技術,但同樣的問題依然存在,無法釋放精華、穩定性不佳,容易因泡水而崩解。
    The hydrogel mask occupies a position in the mask market of skin care products, because it is loved by many consumers, the advantages and disadvantages of the hydrogel material and the application feeling will be discussed.Hydrogel is a high-molecular material with strong water absorption and high ductility. It is a new material tamped in the medical industry. We added a temperature-sensitive polymer to make a hydrogel mask, and found that the previous research had shrinkage problems. In order to solve the previous problem, this study will explore seven different ratios of hydrogel material mask substrates, contraction ratio, and coating new hydrogel substrates on manufacturers' mask outer layers. The stability, release rate, and adsorption of the manufacturer's mask after coating and observe whether the coating test method affects. Hydrogel dressings have extensive technology in the market in various fields. But the same problem still exists, unable to release essence, poor stability, easy to disintegrate due to soaking in water.
