    標題: 某烘焙公司領導風格及工作壓力對員工心理健康之影響
    The Influences of Bakery Company's Leadership Style and Work Stress on Employees’ Mental Health
    本研究從從某烘焙公司的員工觀點出發,以領導風格及工作壓力對於員工的心理健康作為探討。本研究問卷對象為該烘焙業公司從業人員,執行時間為2020年5月15日至2020年6月3日,正式問卷發放140份,回收 140份,無效問卷為8份(漏填題項),有效問卷為132份,有效問卷率為94.29%。本研究統計分析為敘述性統計、信度分析、專家效度分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及迴歸分析。本研究結果: 一、領導風格對於工作壓力具有顯著影響性。 二、領導風格對於心理健康不具有影響性。 三、工作壓力對於心理健康具有顯著影響性。四、領導風格及工作壓力和心理健康彼此間之間關係密切五、該公司職員對於任務導向領導風格的感受優於關係導向六、該公司職員厭惡不確定壓力高於一般工作壓力七、該公司職員身心健康所受的不良引響主要源自於肌肉痠痛,應與工作型態造成人因問題有關。 本研究發現,當工作壓力與心理健康存在著負相關,工作壓力越高,心理健康越差。任何工作場所一定會都有壓力,善用壓力可以讓自己更加茁壯,但壓力過大時,必須能夠找到好的紓解管道,才能維護好自己的心理健康。
    From the perspective of employees in the bakery industry, the study explored the mental health of employees with leadership style and work stress. The object of the study was the baking industry employees who collected the questionnaires. The execution time was from May 15, 2020 to June 3, 2020. 140 formal questionnaires were issued, 140 were recovered, and 8 invalid questionnaires (missing items) . There are 132 valid questionnaires, and the effective questionnaire rate was 94.29%, follow-up research and analysis. The statistical analysis of this study was descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, t-test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study:1. Leadership style had significant predictive power for work stress.2. The leadership style was not predictive of mental health.3. Work stress had significant predictive power for mental health.4. The relationship between leadership style and work stress and mental health5. The company’s employees feel the task-oriented leadership style better than relationship-oriented6. The employees of the company hate uncertainty stress higher than the stress of shift7. The adverse effects of the company’s employees’ physical and mental health mainly stem from muscle sorenessThe study found that was a negative correlation between work stress and mental health, the higher the work stress, the worse the mental health. Using stress to make you stronger can make you stronger. However, when the stress was too great, must be able to find a good relief channel to maintain your mental health.
