跨領域問題導向學習(PBL)團隊之學習成效與團隊創造力-以高齡健康議題為例
The Learning Effects and Creativity of Cross-Disciplinary Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Teams - Take the Senior Health Issue as an Example
在產業創新的時代中,高齡者的活動也不例外,因此現今政府致力以各種健康促進的策略以活躍高齡化為主要推動目標。有趣又休閒的活動,可以透過創新的方式讓高齡者有不一樣的體驗,吸引高齡者的興趣注意及參與。高齡健康議題涉及健康休閒、醫療、高齡照護、運動等領域,再透過跨領域團隊的結合,應可達到高齡健康議題當中的創新目標。本研究目的在於(1)探討在高齡健康議題中問題導向學習成效對團隊創造力的影響。(2)探討跨領域合作對問題導向影響團隊創造力的調節效果。本研究針對台南市某私立大學休閒暨健康學院發放151份問卷進行調查,有效回收80份問卷,有效回收率為50.9%,資料透過結構方程模式之偏最小平方法(Partial least squares, PLS)進行研究模式建立與假說驗證。 研究結果發現,跨領域團隊學習對高齡健康議題有很大的創造力及發揮的空間,對於高齡者或慢性病長者設計新的事物、產品可提出良好提議。跨領域合作對問題導向影響團隊創造力的則無顯著調節效果跨領域學習對團隊創造力的調節效果不顯著,可能是在分組團隊時對彼此的專業領域不夠熟悉,間接降低此調節效果。因此,未來研究須思考不同跨領域類型與其可能之調節機制,以了解跨領域學習如何對團隊創造力產生正向影響。
In the era of industrial innovation, the activities of the elderly are no exception, so today the government is committed to various health promotion strategies with active aging as the main goal. Fun and leisure activities can give older people a different experience through innovative ways, attracting the attention and participation of older people. Senior health issues involve health and leisure, medical care, senior care, sports and other fields. Through the combination of cross-disciplinary teams, the innovation goals of senior health issues should be achieved.The purpose of this study is:1. Explore the impact of problem-oriented learning on team creativity in advanced health issues.2. To explore the adjustment effect of cross-disciplinary cooperation on problem-oriented influence on team creativity.This study investigated 151 questionnaires issued by a college of leisure and health in a private university in Tainan City. 80 questionnaires were effectively recovered. The effective recovery rate was 50.9%. The data were obtained through the partial least squares (PLS) method of structural equation model. ) To conduct research model establishment and hypothesis verification.The results of the study found that cross-disciplinary team learning has great creativity and room to play on senior health issues, and can provide good suggestions for designing new things and products for the elderly or elderly with chronic diseases. Cross-domain cooperation has no significant adjustment effect on problem-oriented influence on team creativity.The effect of cross-field learning on team creativity is not significant. It is because when the teams are grouped, they are not familiar with each other’s professional fields, which indirectly reduces this adjustment effect. Therefore, future research must consider different types of cross-domain and their possible adjustment mechanisms to understand how cross-domain learning has a positive impact on team creativity.
