二次煉鋁廠塵土粒徑、乾沉降及壓延廠異臭味之研究
The Characteristics of Dust Loading, Dry Deposition and Odor in Aluminum Melting and Rolling Area.
本次研究針對台灣南部某間二次煉鋁廠,分別研究熔煉爐製程區域裡工作日及休息日時的落塵量及粒徑分佈,以及製程區與非製程區的乾沉降通量及乾沉降速度,還有鋁壓延廠異味改善前、改善後的結果,並加入改善設備如果壞掉時無法正常運作,對於鋁壓延廠異味的影響。依研究結果顯示,熔煉爐製程區裡三種不同的背景,三個工作日、一個工作日、與休息日之總街塵負荷分別介於4.12~8.23 g/m2、0.91~3.04 g/m2、0.33~2.56 g/m2,而三個工作日塵土負荷量占比為93.1%,一個工作日塵土負荷量占比為88.9%,休息日塵土負荷量占比為77.7%,三種工作背景塵土粒徑占比都大於70%以上,三個工作日塵土粒徑占比更高達90%以上,而三個工作日及一個工作日<297 μm的塵土粒徑又以<74 μm的坋土粒徑為大宗。製程區工作日乾沉降通量約為休息日的16~20倍,乾沉降以粗顆粒為主,而熔煉爐運作時有較多的揚塵及鋁渣的溢散,廠內製程區工作日,乾沉降速度平均為2.61 cm/s,廠內非製程區工作日乾沉降速度平均為1.26 cm/s,相較之下製程區乾沉降速度較快,代表顆粒重量較重。鋁壓延區異味使用水洗塔有較明顯的改善,而模擬改善設備壞掉關閉時,廠內壓延區異味濃度比廠外高,可能是壓延油氣化污染改善設備所造成的。
This research is aimed at an aluminum recycling smelter in southern Taiwan. The study involves the dust volume and particle size distribution during working days and rest days in the smelting furnace manufacturing process area, as well as the dry deposition flux and velocity in the manufacturing process area and non-manufacturing process area, and the results before and after the improvement of the odor in the aluminum rolling plant, added to improve the impact of the peculiar smell of the aluminum rolling plant if the equipment fails to operate normally when it is broken.According to the research results, the total street dust load of three different backgrounds in the smelting furnace manufacturing process area, three working days, one working day, and rest days area 4.12~8.23 g/m2, 0.91~3.04 g/m2, 0.33~2.56 g/m2

while the dust load of three working days accounts for 93.1%, the dust load of one working day accounts for 88.9%, and the dust load of rest days accounts for 77.7%. The three working background dust particles accounts for the ratio is greater than 70%

and the dust particle size of three working days accounts for more than 90%. Amongst the three working days and one working day of the dust particle size <297 μm, the silt particle size <74 μm account for the largest proportion.The dry deposition flux during working days in the manufacturing process area is about 16-20 times that of rest days. while the smelting furnace produces more dust and aluminum dross in operation. The average dry deposition rate in the manufacturing process area in the factory is 2.61 cm/s on a working day, and the average dry deposition rate in the non-manufacturing process area in the factory is 1.26 cm/s. In comparison, the dry deposition rate in the manufacturing process area is faster, representing particle weight is heavier.The peculiar smell in the aluminum rolling area has been significantly improved by using a washing tower. When the simulation improvement equipment is broken and closed, the peculiar smell concentration in the rolling area in the factory is higher than that outside the factory, which may be caused by the rolling oil gasification pollution improvement equipment.
