    Title: 營造業從業人員的工作壓力、疲勞與離職傾向之相關性研究-以台南市營造業為例
    The Correlation Research among Job Stress, Burnout and Turnover Intention on Empoyees in Construction Industry - A case of Construction Companies in Tainan City.
    近年來,年輕人願意從事營造相關作業逐漸減少,使得營造業人力走向高齡化,加上人員流動率高,勞工短缺日益嚴重,導致現有的從業人員工作時數與工作量日漸變多。再加上營造業的許多工項必須連續施工,不得間斷,常會加班的情況產生;如遇人力不足,連休息例假日都很少有機會放假,導致營造從業人員常會超時工作,造成工作壓力過大、身心疲勞感備增,進而影響從業人員的身心健康與工作安全。 本研究以壓力量表、職場疲勞量表、工作特質量表、離職傾向四構面進行問卷設計,針對台南營造業從業人員為調查對象,採用 SPSS 統計套裝軟體進行敘述統計分析、差異性分析、相關分析,瞭解現?台南營造業相關從業人員的工作壓力、疲勞與離職傾向的相關性。 資料分析後,得到以下相關研究結果:一、有34.3%的營造從業人員,近半年來平均每天加班1小時~2小時(含)以內;另有15.0%的營造從業人員,近半年來平均每天加班超過2小時,顯示營造業從業人員仍有加班趕工的情況存在。二、有23.9%的營造從業人員,近半年來平均每月休假2天~未滿4天;另有13.0%的營造從業人員,近半年來平均每月休假未滿2天,顯示仍有部分營造業從業人員休假比例不符合勞基法所規定之天數。三、研究發現「男性」、「年齡25歲以上」、「BMI值? 24」、「已婚」、「工作年資? 5年」離職傾向最低,主管可以此為主要招聘依據,可降低人員流動率,減少人力不足之現象,進而改善人員超時加班或休假天數不足的情況。四、根據各構面相關性分析得知,「壓力」、「職場疲勞」、「離職傾向」三構面間,相互存在正相關。
    In recent years, many young people have not willing go in for construction industry. Since labor aging and high turnover rate, labor shortage getting worse. Work overtime on weekend days even holiday resulted lots of pressure and fatigue, and impact labors’ health and safe severely. This research uses four dimensions included job stress, fatigue, characteristic and turnover intention to survey from Tainan construction employee. After an analysis of statistics, differentiation and correlation by SPSS program, results are presented workers have less than two days off per month and need to do overtime per day for the last half year. Suggest HR department to use male, over 25 years old, BMI over 24, married and five years working experience as recurring standard to decrease turnover rate and labor shortage. Also improve the situation of overtime and lacking of holidays. As analysis result, positive correlation among job stress, fatigue and turnover intention.
