    標題: 乘務人員工作壓力與工作績效相關性研究 以某鐵路運輸業為例
    The Correlation Research Between Working PressureAnd Performance for Train Crew-A Case of Railway Transportion
    本研究目的為:1、評估乘務人員的基本背景資料對於工作壓力是有影響的。2、評估乘務人員的基本背景資料對於工作績效是有影響的。3、評估乘務員的安全觀念對於工作壓力是有影響的。4、評估乘務人員的安全觀念對於工作績效是有影響的。5、評估乘務人員的工作壓力對於影響工作績效表現。本研究對象選定鐵路運輸業乘務員,共410名,參考相關文獻後,以自編之問卷,經專家效度與預試定稿後,作為本研究資料蒐集之研究工具。問卷調查採現場發放及回收,共計回收有效問卷393份。資料回收後以SPSS 25版,進行資料輸入與統計分析。本研究結果發現:在鐵路運輸業乘務員的工作壓力與工作績效間是具有關聯性的,但連動性非常低,工作壓力越大所產生的工作績效卻不是對等提高;期許這研究結果可以提供用人單位提升工作績效的參考,以他種方式來激勵員工的向心力及主動性,而不是以多種工作壓力來要求員工配合。
    The purposes of this research are: 1. Evaluate that the basic background information of train crew has an impact on their level of work pressure. 2. Evaluate that the basic background information of the train crew has an impact on their work performance. 3. Evaluate that the safety concept of train crew has an impact on their level of work pressure. 4. Evaluate that the safety concept of train crew has an impact on their work performance. 5. Assess the relation between the level of work pressure and the work performance on the train crew. A total of 410 train crew in the railway transportation industry were selected as the subjects for this study. After reading over the relevant literature, going through the expert validation, and a pilot study, a self-compiled questionnaire was finalized and used as the research tool for the data collection of this study. The questionnaires were distributed and collected on the spot. A total of 393 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS 25 was used for data management and statistical analysis.The results of this study are as follow: there is a significant correlation between the work pressure and work performance of the railway transport crew, but the correlation is not linear. That is, the greater the work pressure, the work performance is not linearly improved;The implication of the research result is that it can provide Important references for employers to understand that the key of improving work performance is to motivate employees' centripetal force and initiative in other ways, instead of requiring employees to work collaboratively under multiple work pressures.
