    標題: 人因性肌肉骨骼傷害的改善分析研究-以南部某一模具廠為例
    Analytical Research of Preventing Musculoskeletal Injury Caused by Human induced Factor : A Case Study of a Mold Factory in Southern Taiwan
    人因性肌肉骨骼傷害相較於其他職業的傷害,較不直接產生明顯的傷害、病徵,且多為慢性、從外觀無法判斷之傷害,常於作業中或工作後產生痠痛。本研究是針對台南某模具加工廠之模具加工勞工,因其長期處於不良姿勢-長時間採坐姿作業,且極少時間讓身軀休息延展及重複性的上肢作業,造成肌肉骨骼傷害。研究方法分為行政改善與工程改善,先以初步評估個人資料問卷,然後採關鍵指標法之手工物料作業檢核表(Key Indicator Method - Manual Handling Operations , KIM-MHO)及全身快速評估法(Rapid Entire Body Assessment, REBA)等分析改善前後之成效。結果顯示,行政改善後,短時間的休息可舒緩痠痛,但效果無法維持。經工程改善後的KIM-MHO,受試者在筆型研磨機作業、持握型圓盤機作業及銼刀持握型作業等風險值大部分降低10以上。REBA行動水準,受試者分別由極高風險等級降為低風險或者由高風險等級降為中度風險等級。未改善前的部位痠痛數值最高在「手與手腕」,其次是「肩膀」與「頸部」,而「頸部」、「上背」、「腰部或下背」及「臀部與大腿」,改善後痠痛數值降至0表示已無不適症狀。行政改善與工程改善皆能使受試者痠痛數值下降,工程改善之成效優於行政改善。人因性的肌肉骨骼傷害,大多來自於沒有符合人體工學的工作姿勢及長時間重複性的施力工作,長期而言,工程改善可以永久解決痠痛問題。
    Human factors-induced musculoskeletal injuries compared to other occupational injuries are less directly produce obvious injuries and symptoms, and are mostly chronic injuries that cannot be judged from the appearance, and often produce soreness during or after work. This study is aimed at a mold processing worker in a mold processing factory in Tainan who has been in a bad posture for a long time-sitting in a sitting position for a long time, and there is very little time for rest and extension of the body and repeated upper extremity operations, causing musculoskeletal injuries. The research method is divided into administrative improvement and engineering improvement. Firstly, a preliminary personal data questionnaire is used, and then a Key Indicator Method - Manual Handling Operations (KIM-MHO) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) are used in analyzing the effect before and after improvement. The results show that after administrative improvement, a short rest can relieve soreness, but the effect cannot be maintained. In the improved KIM-MHO, the risk value of the subjects in pen grinder operation, holding disc machine operation, and file holding operation was mostly reduced by more than 10. REBA action level, the subjects were reduced from extremely high risk to low risk or from high risk to moderate risk. The highest soreness in the area before improvement is in ";hands and wrists";, followed by ";shoulder";and ";neck";, ";upper back";, ";waist or lower back";and ";buttock and thigh";after improvement, the soreness value drops to 0, indicating that there are no symptoms of discomfort. Both administrative improvement and engineering improvement can reduce the soreness of subjects. The effect of engineering improvement is better than administrative improvement. Human-induced musculoskeletal injuries mostly come from lack of ergonomic working posture and long-term repetitive force work. In the long run, engineering improvements can permanently solve the soreness problem.
