    標題: 化妝品製造業從業人員職場工作壓力與職業安全認知之研究
    Research on Workplace Stress and Occupational Safety Cognition of Employees in Cosmetics Manufacturing Industry
    近年來台灣因為工作壓力過高,導致自殺或各種衝突情形的新聞及案件層出不窮,引起社會大眾對工作壓力議題的著重,在許多研究下已經證實工作壓力和勞工職場健康的關係是密不可分的,而安全認知也隨著勞動權益抬頭更廣為一般勞工所了解,因此本研究將探討勞工從事化妝品製造業工作時,其工作壓力與安全認知之現況與相關性,期能了解現階段之問題點,進而提供產業作為改善及進步的建議。本研究係參考國內外之相關文獻採用問卷調查法,研究母體為台灣某化妝品製造業員工為問卷對象,包含現場人員,行政人員,研發人員,和各級主管。總發放問卷數為419份,經剔除填寫不完全及無效之問卷,總有效問卷為373份,有效問卷率達89%。結果發現工作壓力構面下與性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、教育程度、年資、工作單位、薪資、職稱、加班時數、受傷可能性等有顯著差異;安全認知構面下與性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、年資、工作單位、薪資、職稱、加班時數、通勤時數、受傷可能性等有顯著差異。整體就工作壓力與安全認知具有顯著相關。根據上述的研究結果提供建議,以求改善職場上的壓力現況,並提升勞工之安全認知,避免發生職業災害或身心不適之情事,以達到保護勞工之最終目的。
    Abstract In recent years, a considerable number of news reports have documented cases of suicide attributed to work pressure or altercations, prompting the general public to engage a serious discourse on the issue of work pressure. Many studies have indicated a direct connection between work pressure and employee health in the workplace, and increased consciousness in labor rights has also increased safety awareness among employees. Therefore, this research targets the cosmetics industry and take into the current conditions for studying the correlation between employees' work pressure and their safety awareness. The aim is to identify specific points of study for the industry to take action and make recommendations for approaching them. This research surveys domestic and foreign literature and adopts the questionnaire survey method. The targeted matrix is a particular cosmetics manufacturer's employees in Taiwan. On-site employees, administrative staff, research personnel, and supervisors of various levels were administered with questionnaires. A total of 419 questionnaires were distributed, and 373 valid questionnaires were retained after winnowing incompletes, and invalid questionnaire returns, with an effective return rate of 89%. The results indicate that items under the work pressure quadrant – including gender, marital status, age, level of education, years of service, work unit, salary, title, overtime hours, injury potential – show significant correlation. The above results provide the basis for recommending that on-job vocational pressure requires amelioration and labor safety awareness needs to improve in order to avoid vocational hazards or physical and mental harm, and attain the ultimate goal of labor protection safeguards.
