    標題: 樹脂業化學品分級管理與定量分析評估-以南臺灣某樹脂廠為例
    Chemical Control Banding and Quantitative Analysis Assessment in Resin Industry - An Example of a Resin Factory in Southern Taiwan
    樹脂業進行製造時,使用到多項化學品且使用量大,而現今作業環境測定都是半年執行一次。執行環測時製程不一定有進行的情況下,要掌握勞工現場化學品之暴露狀況是有一定難度,再加上樹酯廠之使用化學品雖然使用較少,但屬於非環測項目的占比相當多。使用直讀式儀器可以即時的掌握現場濃度,但不易掌握單一化學品之濃度。因此本研究針對樹酯廠中的白膠包裝作業及黃膠包裝與投料之作業,探討作業環境監測及直讀式儀器量測濃度之相關性,並針對白膠區、黃膠區及藥水糊區分別使用CCB及新加坡SQRA兩種半定量模式進行化學品評估。研究結果顯示在黃膠包裝區作業環境監測甲苯採樣濃度0.56~9.9 ppm、正己烷採樣濃度0.49~12.35 ppm、丙酮採樣濃度3.89~73.19 ppm、丙烯酸丁酯採樣濃度0.48~0.75 ppm,而且與直讀式儀器量測濃度之相關係數超過0.6,具有顯著相關性。白膠包裝區執行直讀式儀器量測濃度與非作業區濃度接近,顯示該作業區之化學品暴露濃度很低。執行CCB及新加坡SQRA結果會因為化學品之健康危害資訊及毒理資訊的判別,影響風險等級的結果。因此化學品的暴露評估上,不只使用單一種評估方式,就決定改善措施,需使用或參考多項評估方式之結果,對化學品之危害採取控制。
    The resin industry uses a great variety and a large number of chemicals in manufacturing. At present, the testing of a work environment is usually conducted every half a year. However, the manufacturing may not be in progress at the time of environmental testing, so it is to some extent difficult to fully grasp workers' exposure to chemicals at the job site. A resin factory may use fewer chemicals, but there are quite a few which are not included in the environmental testing items. The use of direct-reading instruments can learn of the concentration in real-time at the job site, but it does not track the concentration of a single chemical. This study discusses the correlation between the monitoring and testing of a work environment and the concentration measured by direct-reading instruments with respect to the packaging of white glue and the packaging and feeding of yellow glue conducted in a resin factory, and adopts two semi-quantitative methods, CCB and Singapore SQRA, in the white glue, yellow glue, and syrup paste areas to conduct the chemical evaluation.The study results show that in the yellow glue packaging area, the toluene sampling concentration is between 0.56 and 9.9 ppm, the n-hexane is between 0.49 and 12.35 ppm, the acetone is between 3.89 and 73.10 ppm and the butyl acrylate is between 0.48 and 0.75 ppm, and their correlation coefficients with the concentration measured by direct-reading instruments all exceed 0.6, showing significant correlations. As for the white glue packaging area, the concentration measured by direct-reading instruments is rather close to that measured at the non-operating area, indicating that the concentration of chemical exposure of the job site is low. The results of CCB and Singapore SQRA can affect risk levels due to the judgment of health hazard information and toxicological information of chemicals. Therefore, the evaluation of chemical exposure should not simply rely on a single evaluation method to determine improvement measures. Instead, multiple evaluation methods should be adopted, with their results analyzed, to control the hazards of chemicals.
