    Title: 本籍勞工與越南籍勞工安全認知差異性之研究-以國內某體育用品製造業為例
    A Study on the Difference of Safety Cognition between Native Workers and Vietnamese Workers- A Case Study of Sporting Goods Company in Taiwan
    本論文為探討國內某體育用品製造公司本國勞工與越南籍移工在安全認知之差異,以更有效的落實安全衛生管理以及加強企業社會責任。對於本研究資?的處?分析,主要以?述性統計、t-test、信?分析等統計方法進?資?分析。其研究內容主要探討該體育用品公司成員國籍別及個人背景因素變項與安全衛生認知所產生之差?性結果,作為往後企業在執行安全衛生活動時的?考依據。而工作場所安全認知量表可以評估公司勞工對工作場所安全認知的現況,並可以作為改善安全管?體制,亦可幫助企業提昇安全文化水準。研究結果發現:1.本國?工與越南籍移工在安全認知上呈現部份顯著差?。2.?同背景因素之本國?工與越南籍移工在安全認知各向?中呈現部份顯著差?。3.?同職務級別因素在安全認知各向?中呈現顯著差?。
    The paper explored the differences in safety perceptions between domestic laborers and Vietnamese employees of a domestic sports goods manufacturing company, in order to more effectively integrate safety and health management and to strengthen corporate social responsibility.For the processing and analysis of the data in this study, statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t test, and reliability analysis are mainly used for data analysis. The research mainly explore the factors of the nationality and personal background of the workers of the sports goods company on the difference of the perception of safety and health, which will be used as the basis for the company to perform safety and health activities in the future. The Workplace Safety Awareness Scale can assess the current status of company workers’ awareness of workplace safety, and can be used to improve safety management systems, and it can also help companies raise the level of safety culture. The research found:1.There are some significant differences in safety awareness between domestic workers and Vietnamese migrant workers.2.Domestic workers and Vietnamese migrant workers with different background factors showed some significant difference in safety awareness.3.Workers with different job levels showed significant differences in safetyperception.
