    Title: 外勤消防人員工作壓力、職場疲勞、睡眠品質與轉換型領導之研究-以高雄市政府消防局為例
    A Study of Job Stress,Workplace Fatigue,Sleep Quality and Transformational Leadership of a Field Firefighters–the Fire Department of Kaohsiung City as an example
    消防勤務具特殊性,隨著勤務量增加,消防人力不足的情形下,想藉本研究探討外勤消防人員工作壓力、職場疲勞及睡眠品質之現況,分析不同人口背景變項與付出回饋失衡情形對三個不同構面的差異情形,並探討工作壓力、職場疲勞、睡眠品質與轉換型領導間之關係,以提供改善建議。 本研究以高雄市政府消防局 200名外勤消防人員為對象,使用問卷調查方式進行資料收集,將所得資料採用?述性統計、t檢定、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析,獲得結論如下:一、外勤消防人員多數有付出回饋失衡的情形,且在職場疲勞、睡眠品質量表構面間均有顯著差異。二、外勤消防人員的個人疲勞、工作疲勞與服務對象疲勞部份,其相關疲勞程度均為中等。三、轉換型領導在工作回饋向度部份是呈現中度正相關;在工作付出及過 度投入向度部份是呈現低度負相關。轉換型領導感受認知愈高,過度投入向度的感受認知愈低。四、轉換型領導與職場疲勞呈現低度負相關。轉換型領導感受認知愈高,服務對象疲勞向度的感受認知愈低。五、轉換型領導在主觀睡眠品質狀況方面沒有顯著之相關性 。
    Due to the particularity of firefighting duties, the increase in the number of duties, and the shortage of firefighting manpower, this study explored the current situation of job stress, workplace fatigue and sleep quality of field firefighters. The research analyzed variables of demographic backgrounds and the payback imbalance on the three different aspects, and explored the relationship between job stress, workplace fatigue, sleep quality and transformational leadership. This study conducted a questionnaire survey with 200 field firefighters from the Kaohsiung City Fire Department. For the processing and analysis of the data in this study, statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product correlation and multiple regression are mainly used for data analysis. The conclusions are as follows:1.Most of field firefighters suffer from imbalance in their rewards and there are significant differences in workplace fatigue and sleep quality scale.2.The personal fatigue, work fatigue and service fatigue of field firefighters are all moderate.3.The transformational leadership showed a moderate positive correlation with work feedback;and a low negative correlation with work effort and over-commitment. The higher the perception of transformational leadership, the lower the perception of over-commitment.4.The transformational leadership showed a low negative correlation with work fatigue. The higher the perception of transformational leadership, the lower the perception of service fatigue.5.The transformational leadership has no significant correlation with subjective sleep quality.
