    Title: 養殖循環水質對鰻線生存及成長率影響之研究
    Effect of Circulation Water Quality on Survival and Growth Rate of Eel Larvar
    本研究利用市面常見的抗垢劑添加探討其對養殖循環水逆滲透(RO)處理薄膜透水量之影響,尋求找出最適合應用於養殖循環水的抗垢劑量與配方,並探討利用RO水對循環養殖水進行水質調控對鱸鰻鰻線的生存率及成長率進行之影響。本研究結果顯示,研究中最佳劑量為以碳酸鈣結垢分散劑(Belclene200)於養殖廢水中添加6ppm能有效增加薄膜透水率18%。而在水質調控的部分,研究發現添加部分RO水後,循環水能有效調控水pH值、氨氮含量等因素能有效增加鰻線的存活率,在最佳RO水添加比例下能增加鱸鰻鰻線18.5%的存活率及4%的成長率,本實驗結果顯示添加RO水進行水質調控的方式能有效增加鱸鰻鰻線的存活率與生長率,且使用添加RO水的方式不會造成pH、及含氧量的劇烈變動,過濾過後的RO水可視為另類的水質改良劑用以促進水產養殖之產量與品質。
    This study uses common anti-scaling agents in the market to explore their effect on the water production rate of reverse osmosis (RO) membranes in the aquaculture wastewater. It was found that the suitable anti-scaling dosage and formula for aquaculture wastewater treatment significant effect on water production rate of RO treatment system. The remarkable effect of water quality of regulation on cultured water on the survival rate and growth rate of eel. The results of this study showed that the optimal dose (added 6 ppm) of calcium carbonate scaling dispersant (Belclene200) to the aquaculture wastewater to effectively increase the water permeability of the water production rate by 18%. In the part of water quality control, this research found that after adding anti scaling agent in RO system can effectively regulate the pH value and ammonia nitrogen content and other factors of water quality. It can effectively increase the survival rate and growth rate of the eel. Under the optimal RO water addition ratio, it can increase the eel 18.5% survival rate and 4% growth rate. The results of this experiment show that the method of adding RO water for water quality control can effectively increase the survival rate and growth rate of the eel, and the method of adding RO water in the circulation water will not cause notable pH and water quality change. The RO treated water can be regarded as an alternative water quality method to promote the production and quality of aquaculture.
