    Abstract: 藥粧品的安全性是化粧品品質管控的一大環節，其中微生物的檢測分析更有其必要性與重要性。本研究利用不同的去氧核醣核酸(DNA)提取方法結合聚合酶鏈鎖反應(PCR)技術藉以檢測並定量化粧品中的微生物。透過上述以分子生物為基礎的檢測流程，除可針對化粧品中的特定微生物進行快速鑑定更可藉以確認化粧品中的微生物限量符合法規限制。
