    Abstract: 近來有研究顯示氫分子(H2)可作為一個新的抗氧化劑(antioxidant)保護細胞對抗氧化壓力(oxidative stress),然後有許多的試驗指出氫分子可以應用在治療及預防醫學。更多的發現氫分子調控許多訊息傳導路徑和許多基因表現。然而,氫分子在這其中扮演的主要角色仍然未知,這裡就要探討氫原子究竟如何調控基因表現。在培養的細胞中,氫分子抑制自由基鏈反應依賴型之過氧化並修復細胞中增加的鈣離子,導致鈣離子依賴型基因表現的調控。因此,氫分子可能藉由鈣離子訊息傳導路徑(Ca2+ signal transductionpathway)以修飾自由基依賴型氧化磷脂質媒介物(the free radical-dependent generation ofoxidized phospholipid mediators)的方式調控基因表現。
