he purpose of this project is to prepare a low temperature for decomposition of vapor organic compounds and organic odors pollutants in the air pollution. The metals oxides (MnOx, CuOx, CoOx, NiOx) were applied as the catalyst and they will be well dispersing on the support material. A good performance on catalytic ozonation for VOCs/odor decomposition can be achieved under the working temperature below 100℃ in the reactor. It is proposed to build up a reactor that is adjustable on reaction temperature, ozone concentration, and gas flow rate for VOCs decomposition. The influent parameters such as organic materials, type of odor, temperature, and humility, will be also discussed on the performance of VOCs decomposition. The metal oxides will synthesize by sol-gel method and they will coated on the ceramics material and molecular sieve to enhance the mechanical strength of catalyst. The dipping process for catalyst preparation will adjust the thickness of metals oxides. The quantitative analysis of VOCs and odor vapor will process by gas chromatography (GC-FID and GC-TCD). The parameters will discussed including analytical condition, qualitative identification, products identification and calibration of pollutants. The performance of catalytic ozonation for VOCs decomposition will also investigated. The parameters include leak test of the reactor, activity of catalysts, adsorption properties of support material, life time of active catalyst. The effective parameters will be also discussed in this project. The new catalytic ozonation reactor can be prepared in this project and well applied for the treatment of industrial VOCs effluent, odors gas treatment, and indoor gas-cleaning machine. The new technology will improve competitiveness of Three oxygen enterprise CO.,Ltd. more than other opponents. This innovative subject can be prepared and can be extended to the treatment of various industrial volatile and exhaust gases, thereby achieving high value-added and cost-effective results.
