    Abstract: 本發明有關於一種氣味保存裝置，主要包括有一精油萃取機，其頂部設有一第一輸送管且連接有一蒸汽冷凝裝置；一冷凍循環水槽，係以至少一管路連接蒸汽冷凝裝置；一精油收集瓶，其頂部設有一第二輸送管以連接蒸汽冷凝裝置之底部，且精油收集瓶係具有一氣體收集區與一液體收集區；以及一液態氮桶，係設有至少一氣味保存瓶與一第三輸送管，第三輸送管係連接精油收集瓶之氣體收集區；藉此，本發明可有效收集並保存氣體。
