| 摘要: | 本發明有關於一種植物萃取物用於製備抑制白色念珠菌生物膜組成物之用途，係將一有效劑量之植物萃取物投予至一所需個體，以抑制白色念珠菌生物膜之形成；其中植物萃取物包含一大黃(Rheum officinale)萃取物、一本半枝蓮(Scutellariabarbata)萃取物與一杭荊芥(Schizonepetatenuifolia)萃取物其中之二者，且必包含大黃萃取物；大黃萃取物係為大黃95%乙醇萃取物，該本半枝蓮萃取物為本半枝蓮95%乙醇萃取物，且該杭荊芥萃取物為杭荊95%乙醇萃取物；藉此，本發明含有至少兩種植物萃取物之組成物，具有協同作用，能有效抑制白色念珠菌生物膜形成。
The present invention relates to a use of a plant extract for manufacturing compositions to inhibitCandida albicansbiofilm formation by applying the plant extract to a subject needed. The plant extract comprises at least two of aRheum officinaleextract, aScutellariabarbataextract and aSchizonepetatenuifoliaextract and must comprises theRheum officinaleextract. TheRheum officinaleextract, theScutellariabarbataextract and theSchizonepetatenuifoliaextract are extracted from 95% ethanol. Accordingly, the plant extract of the present invention comprises at least two plant extracts having synergistic effects which can efficiently inhibitCandida albicansbiofilm formation. |
