Abstract:	本發明有關於一種作為Nrf2促效劑之大豆異黃酮衍生物及含此之組成物暨其應用。前述作為Nrf2促效劑之大豆異黃酮衍生物包含8-羥基大豆?元作為有效成分，可用於製備活化Nrf2之組成物之用途，其包含有效劑量之8-羥基大豆?元，藉此促進Nrf2進入細胞核，提高微膠細胞的抗氧化分子之表現，抑制促發炎基因的表現，進而有效抑制或緩解神經發炎的疾病或症狀。 The present invention relates to a soy isoflavone derivative as a Nrf2 activator, a composition including the same and an application thereof. The soy isoflavone derivative as a Nrf2 activator includes 8-hydroxydaidzein (8-OHD) as an active ingredient, being used in preparation of a composition for activating Nrf2, which includes an effective dose of 8-OHD, for beneficially elevating antioxidative molecules and inhibiting proinflammatory genes expressed in microglial cells along with an incrase in nuclear Nrf2, thereby effectively inhibiting or alleviating a disease or a syndrome associated with neuroinflammation.
