本發明有關一種以流體化床結晶技術合成均質含鋁結晶物之方法。此方法除了具有高效去除廢水中鋁離子之外,且可減少化學藥劑的使用。該方法不需要在流體化床反應槽內使用異質擔體。調整水質條件包括鋁離子進料濃度、氫氧根離子的酸鹼值、氫氧根離子相對鋁離子的莫耳比、流出液酸鹼值及上流速度,採用流體化床均質結晶系統回收鋁鹽的結晶顆粒以去除廢水中鋁離子。該方法所獲得的處理效率與結晶顆粒純度高,具有高的利用潛力。 The present invention relates to a method of synthesizing homogeneous aluminum-containing crystals by using fluidized-bed crystallization technology. In addition to a high efficiency of aluminum ions removal from wastewater, the method also can reduce the usage of chemical agents. This method has no need to apply heterogeneous carriers in the fluidized-bed reactor. By varying the operation conditions of influent aluminum ions concentration, hydroxide ions pH, molar ratio of hydroxide ions to aluminum ions, effluent pH, and upflow velocity, aluminum ions can be removed from wastewater in a fluidized-bed homogeneous crystallization (FBHC) system by recovering crystallization of aluminum salts. This method has a very high application potential because of high treatment efficiency and crystal purity.
