摘要:	本發明有關於一種原位(Orthotopic)胃癌細胞株及其製備方法，所述原位胃癌細胞株命名為M12，已於105年9月13日寄存於財團法人食品工業發展研究所，寄存號碼為BCRC960512，其係具有類似人類胃癌細胞之生物特性，可應用於胃癌之相關研究。 The invention relates to an orthotopic gastric cancer cell line and a manufacturing method thereof. The orthotopic gastric cancer cell line is named as M12 and deposited at Bioresource Collection and Research Center of Taiwan on Sep. 13, 2016 with a deposit number BCRC960512. The orthotopic gastric cancer cell line has similar biological characteristics as human gastric cancer cells and can be applied to gastric cancer-related research.
