The invention relates a vapor phase percutaneous absorption detection system. It comprises an absorption main body, a buffer delivery device, and a thermostat. The absorption main body, the buffer delivery device and the thermostat are communicated to each other by a first pipeline, a second pipeline, a third pipeline, a fourth pipeline and a fifth pipeline, wherein the absorption main body delivers the gas of the buffer delivery device to a percutaneous absorption unit through a diverter and a flow controlling valve. Accordingly, the vapor phase percutaneous absorption detection system of the present invention increases the testing efficiency in vivo and in vitro by performing multiple detections at one time.
