| 摘要: | 本發明有關於一種應用植物凝膠固化快速檢測毒性物質的方法，係包括準備一植物凝膠材料及一樣品，並將植物凝膠材料加熱至完全溶解為一熱植物溶膠溶液；將熱植物溶膠溶液及樣品於一載具內混合均勻，以形成一混合物；以及量測混合物冷卻至25℃之凝固時間，藉以測定樣品是否為一毒性物質。 The invention relates to a method for rapid determination of toxic substances by plant gel coagulation. It comprises the steps of preparing a plant gel material and a sample; heating and melting the plant gel material to form a hot plant colloidal solution; mixing the hot plant colloidal solution with the sample evenly to form a mixture in a carrier; and measuring a required coagulation time of the mixture to be cooled to 25℃ for determining whether the sample is a toxic substance or not according to the required coagulation time. |
