| 摘要: | 本發明有關於一種紅茄綠果醇類萃取區分物用於製備兼具抑菌及抑制黑色素生成的外用組成物之用途，其依序經乙醇粗萃取步驟以及數個劃分步驟而得，可於體外抑制微生物的生長且抑制黑色素生成，進而應用於製備兼具抑菌及抑制黑色素生成的外用組成物。 The present invention relates to a methanol fractioned extract from green fruit ofSolanum integrifoliumPoir. on the preparation of external composition for inhibition microorganisms and melanin production. The methanol fractioned extract from green fruit ofSolanum integrifoliumPoir. is obtained by crude extraction step of ethanol, followed by several partitioning steps in sequence. The resultant methanol fractioned extract has several bioactivities for inhibiting the growth of the microorganisms and inhibiting the synthesis of melaninin vitro, thereby being applied to the preparation of an external composition for inhibition microorganisms and melanin production. |
