    Abstract: 本發明有關於一種減緩酒精性肝損傷的香蕉花醱酵醋飲及其製造方法,其於特定糖度之醱酵溶液中添加香蕉花熱水粗萃物,以共生菌膜接種並經共生醱酵步驟,以製得香蕉花醱酵醋飲。所得之香蕉花醱酵醋飲可降低肝臟脂質過氧化程度,進而作為有效成分應用於製備減緩酒精性肝損傷之口服組成物。
