    Abstract: 本發明係有關於一種含聚苯乙烯乳膠顆粒及溫度感應型材料之緩釋型奈米纖維貼布及其製備方法,製備方法包括提供複數個聚苯乙烯(polystyrene)乳膠顆粒;將一溫度感應型材料溶解於一甲醇溶液,再加入複數個聚苯乙烯乳膠顆粒混合,以形成一混合溶液;以及將混合溶液利用靜電紡絲法製成一奈米纖維,並置於110℃進行交聯反應,得到一含溫度感應型材料之緩釋型奈米纖維貼布。 The invention relates to a sustained-release nanofiber patch containing polystyrene latex particles and a thermo-sensitive material, and a method for making the same. The method comprises preparing a plurality of polystyrene latex particles; dissolving a thermo-sensitive material in a methanol solution and adding the plurality of polystyrene latex particles to form a mixed solution; and then making the mixed solution into a nanofiber by electrospinning and using a heat-drying way to crosslink the nanofiber at the temperature of 110 ℃, so as to make a sustained-release nanofiber patch containing the thermo-sensitive material.
