    Abstract: 本發明係有關於一種含溫度感應型材料之緩釋型奈米纖維及其製法,其製法包括提供複數個乳膠顆粒;將一溫度感應型材料溶解於一甲醇溶液,再加入複數個乳膠顆粒混合,以形成一混合溶液;以及將混合溶液利用靜電紡絲法製成一奈米纖維,並置於110℃進行交聯反應,得到一含溫度感應型材料之緩釋型奈米纖維;所述複數個乳膠顆粒為實心poly(MMA-MAA)/poly(NIPAAm-MAA)乳膠顆粒或空心poly(NIPAAm-MAA)乳膠顆粒。 The invention relates to a sustained-release nanofiber containing a thermo-sensitive material and a method for making the same. The method comprises preparing a plurality of latex particles; dissolving a thermo-sensitive material in a methanol solution and adding the plurality of latex particles to form a mixed solution; and then making the mixed solution into a nanofiber by electrospinning and using a heat-drying way to crosslink the nanofiber at the temperature of?110 ℃, so as to make a sustained-release nanofiber containing the thermo-sensitive material. The plurality of latex particles are solid poly(MMA-MAA)/poly(NIPAAm-MAA) latex particles or hollow poly(NIPAAm-MAA) latex particles.
