    Abstract: 一種水中微生物檢測系統包含一金屬膜過濾模組以及一鏡檢分析模組。金屬膜過濾模組係過濾一水樣本以形成一過濾水。鏡檢分析模組包含一顯微鏡、一電腦與一微生物辨識單元,顯微鏡與電腦電性連接,過濾水置於顯微鏡,電腦對該濾水進行攝像,微生物辨識單元依據所攝的影像計算微生物含量。 A detection system for underwater microorganism includes a metal membrane filter module and a lens detection analyzing module.? The metal membrane filter module filters a water sample to form a filtered water.? The lens detection analyzing module includes a microscope, a computer and a microorganism recognition unit.? The microscope is electrically connected with the computer.? The filter water is disposed on the microscope.? The computer takes a photograph of the filtered water.? The microorganism recognition unit computes the microorganism amount according to the photograph.
