Abstract:	本發明有關於一種皺子白花菜（Cleome rutidosperma）萃取物用於製備抗神經發炎之組合物之用途，其係將一有效劑量之皺子白花菜萃取物投予至一所需個體，以抑制發炎相關基因的表現及一氧化氮（NO）的生合成，並促進第一型血紅素加氧?（heme oxygenase 1，HO-1）的表現；其中皺子白花菜萃取物係利用95%的乙醇溶液萃取而得；藉此，皺子白花菜萃取物可用於製備抗神經發炎之保健食品或醫藥組合物，達到延緩或降低神經發炎的現象。 The invention relates a use of aCleome rutidospermaextract for manufacturing compositions for anti-neuroinflammation by applying an effective does of aCleome rutidospermaextract to a subject in need for inhibiting expression of inflammation-related genes and production of nitric oxide (NO), and for stimulating expression of heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1), wherein theCleome rutidospermaextract is manufactured by 95% ethanol extraction. Accordingly, theCleome rutidospermaextract can be utilized in manufacturing health food and pharmaceutical composition for anti-neuroinflammation, so as to slow down or reduce neural inflammation.
