摘要: | 餘甘子(Phyllanthus Emblica L.)是藥食兩用的保健功能性的植物,應用於中國醫學及藏藥配方中,果實作為中藥包括藏藥已有2000年的使用歷史,有近20個國家在自己的傳統藥物體系中使用餘甘子。
選用台灣台中種植20餘年的餘甘子果實及葉,探討餘甘子(Phyllanthus Emblica L.)乙醇萃取物之有效成分分析、抗氧化、美白及抑菌評估。
以逆相High Performance Liquid Chromatography分析分出餘甘果內鞣花酸含量為1.5%、沒食子酸含量為1.49%;餘甘葉內鞣花酸含量為2.87%、沒食子酸含量為0.12%,餘甘葉其沒食子酸含量極低,但鞣花酸含量高於餘甘果一倍以上。DPPH自由基清除測定,餘甘果IC50為69.52μg/mL,餘甘葉IC50為43.14μg/mL。美白效果以酪胺酸活性抑制實驗進行,餘甘葉IC50為303.6 μg/mL、餘甘果IC50 335.5μg/mL,結果顯示美白效果餘甘葉比餘甘果好,鞣花酸含量的多寡會影響抑制酪胺酸的效果。圓盤紙錠擴散法:10%餘甘葉溶液、10%餘甘果溶液對於大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、綠膿桿菌、白色念珠菌皆具有抑菌效果。
此研究結果餘甘子應可做為抗氧化及美白、抗菌的新原料,評估加入美白保養品配方的可能性。 Phyllanthus Emblica L. is a health supplement plant for both medicine and food. It is used in Chinese and Tibetan medicine formula. It’s fruit has been used in traditional medicine for over 2000 years in nearly 20 countries around the world.
This study used a 20 year old fruit and leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. Sample from Taichung, Taiwan to analyze qualitative and quantitative of its anti-oxidation and inhibition of tyrosinase. Also, evaluated antibacterial of the ethanol extract of Phyllanthus Emblica L, and the active ingredients Ellagic acid and Gallic acid.
Using HPLC reverse phase analysis method, the two index components of Ellagic acid, Gallic acid were successfully separated. The content of ellagic acid in the yoghurt was 1.5%, and the quantitation of gallic acid was 1.49%. The ratio of gallic acid was 0.12%, and the content of gallic acid was extremely low, but the content of ellagic acid was more than double.
DPPH free radical scavenging assay, measured by spectrophotometer, IC50 of 69.52 μg/mL, and IC50 of 43.14 μg/mL.
The extract of Phyllanthus emblica L. has ellagic acid component, the inhibition of tyrosine activity was tested. The results in differences of IC50 showed 303.6 μg/mL of Phyllanthus emblica leaves and 335.5 μg/mL of Phyllanthus emblica fruit was minor. The leaves are better than its fruit. The high content of ellagic acid can increase the effect of inhibiting tyrosine.
The results of disc diffusion method show that it has antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, etc. It has a high antibacterial effect with concentration of 10% in leaves better than its fruit. Therefore, ellagic acid has antibacterial elements.
The results of this study should be used as a new raw material for antioxidant ,whitening, antibacterial, and evaluate the possibility of adding a whitening skin care formula. |
