本研究旨在探討金針花的抗氧化能力及保濕效能,金針花先以純水、50%乙醇、50%丁二醇及丁二醇浸漬萃取,對總酚含量與DPPH自由基清除能力,及其對肌膚的保濕能力的影響。結果顯示,在總酚含量的測定中可以看出四種金針萃取液的表現,依序為金針3(50%丁二醇)6.86mg GAE/ g Extract、金針1(RO水萃取)6.7mg GAE/ g Extract、金針2(50%乙醇)6.48mg GAE/ g Extract、金針4(100%丁二醇)5.18mg GAE/ g Extract。而在DPPH自由基清除活性方面,金針2(50%乙醇)、金針3(50%丁二醇)、金針4(100%丁二醇)皆有95%以上的清除率,而金針1(RO水萃取)只有5.69%的清除率。實驗的資料顯示,金針用純水萃取在DPPH上的效能不顯著,而以50%乙醇、50%丁二醇、丁二醇的萃取液在DPPH抗氧化能力的效能顯著。
將金針利用不同溶液所取得之萃取液,製成化粧水、精華液及乳液,評估其產品穩定性,並以保濕分析筆(MY-707S)測試其保養品之保濕能力。結果顯示,含有金針萃取液的保養品其保濕及水分散失等效果皆優於未加入萃取液之同種保養品。以目前的資料顯示金針萃取液具有抗氧化活性,可以將金針萃取液應用於保養品上。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-oxidant ability and moisturizing effect of Lilium flower. Lilium flower was first impregnated and extracted with pure water, 50% ethanol, 50% butanediol, and butanediol. Its effect on the moisturizing ability of the skin. The results show that the performance of the four gold needle extracts can be seen in the determination of the total phenol content, in order of gold needle 3 (50% butanediol) 6.86 mg GAE / g Extract, gold needle 1 (RO water extraction) 6.7 mg GAE / g Extract, Golden Needle 2 (50% ethanol) 6.48mg GAE / g Extract, Golden Needle 4 (100% butanediol) 5.18mg GAE / g Extract. In terms of DPPH free radical scavenging activity, Gold Needle 2 (50% ethanol), Gold Needle 3 (50% butanediol), Gold Needle 4 (100% butanediol) all have a clearance rate of more than 95%, while Gold Needle 1 ( RO water extraction) has a clearance of only 5.69%. Experimental data show that the effectiveness of gold needle extraction with pure water on DPPH is not significant, and the effectiveness of the 50% ethanol, 50% butanediol, and butanediol extract on the antioxidant capacity of DPPH is significant.
The stability of the cosmetics was evaluated by using the extracts obtained from different methods. The results showed that the moisturizing and moisture loss effects of gold needle products were better than those of the same products without extract. According to the present data, the natural plant extract has antioxidant activity and can be applied to the maintenance products.
