摘要: | 台灣高齡少子化趨勢持續攀升,老年人口佔社會比重提高,老年人福利逐漸走向以長期照護為重心,提高長期照護需求已成為重要議題,為加強老年人口的照護服務,近年政府已陸續推動多項福利服務與政策方案,以因應人口結構變化,自2007年推動長照1.0計畫,規劃與建立照護機構體系,為擴大服務及照顧,於2017年接續進行長照2.0計畫,加強服務務項目,整合社區整體的資源與照顧模式。
飲食是維持人體不可或缺的基本要素,在「國民飲食指標」指出各年齡層所需生命其營養之建議,由於老年人的生理機能逐漸改變,營養的要求會不斷產生變化,飲食需相對調整,日常飲食是否符合老年人所重視的要素,則間接影響其生理、心理健康等多方面問題。關於影響老年人飲食品質之相關因素為本研究之探討方向。
本研究主要目的為瞭解日照中心老年人對飲食滿意的要求要素及程度,以台南部分地區日照機構之老年人為研究對象,使用問卷方式依照個人背景狀況及餐食滿意度量表樣本為樣本,回收之有效問卷透過統計分析各項內容與顯著性,以餐食滿意度來分析日照中心老年人飲食要求的重視要素及部分基本飲食認知情形,希望藉此提供日照中心對長輩餐食運作之參考。 The trend of aging in Taiwan has been increasing. The proportion of elderly people in the society has increased. The welfare of the elderly has gradually become the focus of long-term care, and the long-term care needs have become an important issue. In order to strengthen the care services of the elderly population, the Government has been promoting a number of welfare services and policy programmes in recent years in response to demographic changes. Since 2007, we have promoted the Changzhao 1.0 Plan, planned and established a care institution system, and in 2017 continued the Long Photo 2.0 Plan to expand services and care, strengthening service projects and integrating the resources and care model of the community as a whole. Diet is an indispensable essential element for the maintenance of the human body, in the "national diet guidelines" pointed out the life needs of all ages of its nutrition recommendations, due to the gradual change in the physiological function of the elderly, nutrition requirements will continue to change, diet needs to be relatively adjusted, the diet is in line with the elderly attention to the elements, it indirectly affects their physiology, Mental health and other aspects of the problem. The research is the direction of this study on the relevant factors that affect the quality of diet in the elderly. The main purpose of this study is to understand the requirements and degree of diet satisfaction of the elderly in the Rizhao Center, to the elderly in the sunshine institutions in some parts of Tainan as the research object, using questionnaire method according to the personal background status and meal satisfaction scale sample samples, the effective questionnaire recovered through statistical analysis of the content and significance, To analyze the emphasis elements and some basic dietary cognition of the elderly dietary requirements of the Adult Daycare Centers with meal satisfaction, we hope to provide the reference of the Adult Daycare Centers for the operation of the eldermeal. |
