    摘要: 在台灣產業發展過程中,技職教育培育之人力一直是提供各類產業所需人才的重要來源。教育部於 2015 年 9 月首度推出產學攜手護理產學合作專班方案,核定 6 所科技大學在 2016 年開始招生。此計畫為科技大學的二技在職班結合五專護理科,並跟醫院合作,6 校各開 1 班,各班招收 50 人,共有 300 個名額。臺北護理健康大學已於106學年度首先開辦此專班,與臺南護專、康寧護專、敏惠護專、聖母護專及耕莘護專 5 所專科學校合作。五專護理科畢業學生畢業後即踏入臨床擔任新進臨床護理人員,目前護理人力短缺及在工作環境中所面對的困境,多數是因由學生身分轉換為受雇者(員工)身分時增加的壓力,這壓力時常造成應屆畢業生無法留任於職場。本研究的目的在探討本校5+2護理專班學生其所面臨的工作壓力與離職傾向之現況及相關性,研究目的為,為描述性相關性研究設計,本研究採立意取樣、橫斷式研究方法,研究樣本來自本校104、105、106學年度參與5+2護理專班學生共50位,以結構式問卷收集資料,問卷資料以SPSS 22.0版套裝軟體進行資料處理與分析。結果顯示(1) 護理5+2在職專班學生呈現中高程度的工作壓力,中高程度的離職傾向。(2)在個人屬性中,不同服務醫院層級、不同每月薪資在護理工作壓力之差異均有顯著意義;原居住地在離職傾向中具有顯著意義。(3)工作壓力與離職傾向呈現正相關且具有顯著意義。因此建議學界在五專的實習課程中可以加強交班的訓練及演練,五專或二技課程發展應加速護理OSEC於護理教育的運用,使學生於在學期間能盡早接軌臨床情境。業界宜落實臨床輔導員制度,並建立良好的與其他醫療人員及主管溝通之管道。學校應與業界宜制定合理薪資,協助學生了解自我需求篩選合適工作條件。
    In the process of Taiwan's industrial development, the manpower of vocational education has always been an important source of talent for all industries. In September 2015, the Ministry of Education first launched a program of cooperation and training programme , and approved six science and technology universities to start enrolling students in 2016. This project is a two-year program nursing class of the university of science and technology, which is combined with the nursing students in a 5-year junior college , and cooperates with the hospital. Each of the six schools runs one class, the enrollment of 50 people in each class, and the total of 300 students. The Taipei Nursing and Health University first opened this special class in the 106th academic year, and cooperated with the five colleges of Tainan College of Nursing, Corning College, Minhui College, Madonna, and Gengjiao. After graduating from the 5-year junior nursing college , they will enter the hospital to serve as new clinical nursing staff. At present, the shortage of nursing staff and the difficulties faced in the working environment are mostly due to the increase in the status of students as employees (employees). Stress, this pressure often causes recent graduates to stay in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and relevance of the work pressure and turnover intention faced by the 5+2 nursing students in the school. The purpose of the study is to design a descriptive correlation study. This study adopts sampling and cross-sectional study. The research methods and research samples were from 50 students participating in the 5+2 nursing class in the 104, 105, and 106 academic year. The data were collected by structured questionnaires. The questionnaire data was processed and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 . The results showed that (1) Nursing 5+2 in-service students showed moderate to high levels of work stress and a high degree of turnover intention. (2) In the personal attributes, the difference between different service hospital levels and different monthly salary in nursing work pressure has significant significance; the original place of residence has significant significance in turnover intention. (3) Work stress is positively correlated with turnover intention and has significant significance. Therefore, it is recommended that the academics can strengthen the training and drills of the shifts in the 5-year junior nursing internship courses. The development of the 5-year or 2-year programs should accelerate the use of nursing OSEC in nursing education so that students can meet the clinical needs as early as possible during their studies. The hospital should implement a clinical counselor system and establish a good communication channel with other medical personnel and supervisors. Academics should work with the hospital to develop reasonable salaries to help students understand their own needs and screen suitable working conditions.
