Abstract:	醫院職場暴力頻頻發生，也成為網路新聞媒體關注的事件之一，本研究蒐集自2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日間，四家網路新聞媒體包含：蘋果日報、自由時報、聯合報及ETtoday新聞雲，作為分析資料來源。採用事件系統理論之新聞事件特徵、時間因素、空間及環境背景因素，共同作用下事件易引起網路新聞媒體關注，並提出政府與院方對醫院職場暴力事件，該採取哪些政策來防止事件再次發生，對事件提供更完善的解釋。又因成大醫院職場霸凌事件，而引發暴力事件受到新聞媒體格外重視，本研究以事件系統理論作個案分析，並利用網路輿情，瞭解網友對醫院職場內部暴力事件的發生之態度，最後提出改善醫院職場內部暴力事件發生之策略。 Hospital workplace violence occur frequently, has become one of the events online news media attention, This study was collected from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. The data collected from four online news media includes：Apple Daily News, Liberty Times, the United Daily News and ETtoday News as a source of analytical data. Using the event system theory of news event characteristics, time factors, space and environmental background factors, the event is likely to cause the attention of online news media, and proposes government and hospital violence against the hospital workplace, what policies should be taken to prevent the incident from happening again? Occurs to provide a more complete explanation of the incident.And because of the National Cheng Kung University Hospital Workplace bullying incident, the violent incident was particularly valued by the news media. Used event system theory to analyze the event and use the Internet to understand the attitude of netizens on the internal violence of the hospital workplace. Strategies to improve internal violence in hospital workplaces.
