Abstract:	鼻竇炎常見的病因往往是多重因素或疾病所構成，常見有鼻腔解剖結構的異常、空氣污染、吸菸或二手菸、過敏性鼻炎、潛在遺傳性疾病、免疫異常等。一般鼻竇炎患者在藥物治療下可以得到舒緩，但在台灣季節交換之際，天氣溫差大多變化，空氣汙染日益嚴重，尤其日常懸浮微粒超標等環境下，對於呼吸系統的為害甚大。因此，適當的衛教建議以提高服藥順從性，並提供用藥諮詢服務和預防保健知識，可有效改善患者鼻竇炎復發之機率。本研究之目的是希望經由門診醫藥人員對鼻竇炎患者進行衛教相關指導，以改善患者鼻竇炎復發之機率。本研究收集有效問卷50份，以抽樣方式不記名進行問卷調查及衛教，其中包括用藥知識評估；認知鼻竇炎也可以手術治療；飲食生活習慣對鼻竇炎的影響認知；以及對健保診所醫藥人員的認知及滿意度等。從初步問卷結果可知鼻竇炎患者對於診所醫藥人員的醫事服務很滿意，但是否可以因衛教而減少復發率則有待更進一步的研究。 The common cause of sinusitis is often composed of multiple factors or diseases. Common abnormalities of nasal anatomy, air pollution, smoking or second-hand smoke, allergic rhinitis, underlying hereditary diseases, and immune abnormalities are common. In general, patients with sinusitis can be relieved under medical treatment. However, during the seasonal exchange in Taiwan, the temperature difference in most day and night, and air pollution is becoming more and more serious. Especially in the environment where daily suspended particles exceed the standard, the respiratory system is affect. Therefore, appropriate health advice to improve medication compliance, and provide medication counseling services and preventive health knowledge, can effectively improve the recurrence of sinusitis in patients. The purpose of this study is to provide health-related guidance to patients with sinusitis through medical staff to improve the recurrence of sinusitis in patients. In this study, 50 valid questionnaires were collected, and questionnaires and education were conducted, including assessment of medication knowledge; cognitive sinusitis can also be treated surgically; dietary habits have an impact on sinusitis; and health care clinic staff cognition and satisfaction. From the preliminary questionnaire results, it is known that patients with sinusitis are very satisfied with the medical services of clinic and medical personnel, but whether the recurrence rate can be reduced due to health education needs further research.
